My friend got a dual wield on a Godly first try, I was so mad because I kept getting bad stuff 💀 Edit: Here's a strat for Todaroki because he's a pretty OP character, I use Fire dash to get around and use Ice Zone to slow the ball down so I wont take damage easily.

Somethign similar happend to me I had a godly too I had 2k gems I spun for duel wield didn’t get it but I saved up for 2k gems again and on the last spin with 500 gems I got duel wield

Your friend is insanely lucky, getting dual wield is 0.2% chance and not a lot of people can get It that easily
