to my knowledge on the latest story map at any given time, the enemies can drop star rems, however, this in my opinion is really inefficient, so it comes down to whether or not you'd like to grind for it!

star golems can spawn on the latest inf map, got like 2 when i was going just for daily inf quest on raining village
