How to get every new Permanent Buff in Terraria 1.4.4

Yeah I think most of us put our underground pylon there. In my opinion, it should be considered a proper biome, with pylon compatibility, but that's just me being greedy

a lot of these are probably going to be really helpful for adventure map makers who want to give the character a subtle upgrade without having to give a piece of equipment.

The galaxy pearl is actually useful, the luck stat increases damage dealt, increases rare drop chance, and decreases the damage you take.

is only by 0.03 though. for reference, 1.0 luck will increase damage by roughly 5% and increase rare drops by roughly double. still is the best use for a pink pearl though

I'll just add a note here that the can of worms has a slightly higher chance of golden worms then the random spawn chance. A bit of time world hopping with the golden net, critter companionship, a LOT of speed, and then just check every chest for worms and seed bags while breaking stuff to try to get worms as you go, you can probably get one without too much effort.

In a world that I had recently created, I was hoarding all the herb bags that I was collecting so I could shimmer them into cans of worms, though I ended up getting a random gold worm spawn, so that wasn't necessary

The Tactics Manual requires a Book sold by the wizard, so that will require Hardmode. I think the rest can be gotten in Pre-Hardmode.

i mean, the Aether biome a.k.a the shimmer pool have 1 spawn per world in the jungle side of the map, its extremely rare, or can craft the shimmer bucket post-moon lord.

There’s a minecart kit that buffs minecarts to be as strong as the mechanical minecart and gives you a mechanical minecart

The luck upgrade is kinda nuts, mainly due to how terraria kinda rolls random numbers for pretty much everything and luck just helps with that. And by that I mean pretty much everything.

Nice. Ive been hucking everything in the shimmer to see what i get. Notice items and oars change, and dropped a Bezoar to get an adhesive bandage.(pretty dope) and tungsten changed to silver- silver to lead-lead to iron-iron to copper. Dropped 100+ tungsten ammo to get one bar but it changes back to 4 tungsten oars after that. Not a good idea to drop ammo.

Anyone knows what is the limit to the Artisan loaf? Is it character based? If one character buys and eats it they can't get it again but a different character can? Or is it world based? If someone already ate it once on that world, the merchant won't sell it there ever again?

Nope. They're consumables, much like Life Crystals and the Demon Heart. Permanent upgrades that you use once, and their effects are just permanently active.
