Actually Star yes, "hippocampus" is a real word but IRL it's the name of a region of the Brain. So we have a Sea Horse named after a part of the brain. Also most of the fishes have IRL counterparts. Even Hermit Crabs. Check it out they're cute

Interesting fact the hippocampus part of the brain was named that because it resembles the seahorse when removed from the brain

@EarthrealmWarrior another one is scientifacly the colour purple doesn't exsist, There are no pure purple photons and purple doesnt have a specific wavelength so the colour purple doesn't technically exist

i've been buying a bunch of the green beans and the other negative money crop trying to get my 'buy seeds' currency, also thinking i was gonna be making money in the process... big yikes, ill completely shift it to only honeydew melon in every biome from now, this was very helpful thank you!

I think it kinda makes sense that they would keep the highest money-making crop to the main game. That way no one can say “you need X expansion to get as much money as everyone else” or something like that. But also, isn’t it possible that when the second half of storybook vale comes out there could be more new crops?

Fun fact: hippocampus literally means "horse (hippo) sea monster (campus)" but was used to then call what we now call sea horses. And apparently the brain definition came about because it looked like a sea horse in a way.

Great videos from this DLC! I think most of the community has been really patient with all the bugs from this update, but I would have thought Gameloft would have come out with a hot fix already. Or at the very least an announcement in the Discord saying a hot fix is coming.

I think they are probably going to put a hotfix out with the Dec 4th update since its so close

@@TheArtObsessed 2 weeks is a pretty long time to wait on a hotfix with how many bugs there are. Especially since a lot of money was just spent by the community and the next update will likely bring more bugs. It's so easy to get soft locked on duties when grinding out mist if you get the feed the critter ones along with the ones that don't work if you've already fed the critters that day. It's kinda frustrating.

I wonder if the spawns around the far away areas like trials and such is deliberate? We complain about spawns a lot. They interfere with decorating and dreamsnaps etc. If they hide them this way we can still get them without having a bunch of junk cluttering our designs.

thanks for the video! it makes things so much easier to understand when you visualize it in a digestible format like this. some things I'd like to add is that mining in The Bind occasionally drops Topaz, and Mythopia has Ruby. maybe Everafter too has a main-valley gem, but I haven't noticed any so far. also, Onix drops throughout the main valley and Eternity Isle so it does the same in the Storybook Vale. [edit: the prices in the video are correct. I accidentally did some misinfo with the following, but will leave it for context!] Green Beans Seed is 100 coins-instead of 250 as stated in the spreadsheet, so the profit is 109. this makes it the most profitable crop in the Vale. the Melon is better, of course-if you don't mind harvesting every 45 mins, instead of 4 hours for the Beans.

broken statue obstacles are hades level 2, and yeah they drop marble. if you're looking to complete tasks cauliflower is the way to go if you have auto Gardners. they grow in 10 mins. two days just refilling auto gardners and i've completed that dreamlight tasks for cooking, selling, and growing veggies. another easy task is cook with fruit - buy golden apples and make a one golden apple fruit salad, cook with spice - buy ambrosia and make a one ingredient ambrosia hours dourves

1st off I want to say that I thoroughly enjoy SV more than EI (though I like both). But I feel like there's not enough in the SV collection esp when you compare it to eternity isle: I feel like there could be a 2nd flower for each biome (the book flower is neat but it's also the most niche flower). The base game and EI both have a minimum of 5 variations per companion but so far only 4 for the SV (and EI had 6 each after the toon versions were released). There's about 20 less meals than EI (but not that big of a deal). There's 4 less gems than EI (again not a big deal). There are only 8 total "Fish" in SV as opposed to 17 (more than double) in EI. Incidentally i noticed they're missing the manual for snippets (so if you accidentally don't choose it for the role, you're outta luck so far). Again, let me say that not everything needs to be exactly the same in terms of quatity (quality over quantity as they say), but since many categories seem to have less than IE, do any of you think they might add more to the IE collection in a later update? Flowers, companion skins, meals, gems and fish could all be easily tweaked and added to later on (like they don't have to add huge complex models and unique animations for these) anyways thanx for reading my idea XD

The Bind appears to be bugged in my game. No further flowers or inkies are spawning, and I need one more blue flower for Merida’s archery contest quest.

Has anyone heard level 4 friendship Hades being bugged? I got him to level 4 last night and the quest is still locked. All the requirements are done (finished both EI and main game). Anyone else have this issue? Is there a way to fix it or just not level him anymore? Ive never dealt with this. Thanks a bunch!
