You have to kill them and then you get the item to soul burst

you dont catch them. you get a quest from Mr. Ferrix that he got intel on five other soulbursting loomians after finishing the main storyline. you then have to go to the 5 areas he mentioned and look for a cave-like area similar to raid areas with dreggodyne and battle them. you get their soulburst item when you defeat them. you can equip them to any loomian with the same species (except for their event skins) and they’ll be able to soulburst. this will take up an item space in exchange of their ability to soulburst
