@@sabithrahim8502 OK. I also had same situation. But if you have the marriage certificate attested from India & from Kuwait (approach any typing center in kuwait) you don't need any other proof. Just marriage certificate with proper attestation & Translation is enough. I have taken visa this way and I know many other who have taken the visa with only marriage certificate.

For Bangladeshis; you’ll need an additional no objection certificate and it has to be approved by the Minister of MOI. If you have this document, 500Kd salary written in Izneamal & Marriage certificate from Bangladeshi embassy in kuwait, you can apply directly without any agent.
