Diet too, I've been going gym but it makes me ravenously hungry afterwards and I need to learn to control that

Optional step 3. Download audible and a bunch of audio books and go for a run listening to them. Make a rule, that you can't listen to your books unless you are exercising. That way you will have to exercise in order to finish them
