No, legendary chests do not respawn

You went down the steps from the lighthouse. No clue where you went because you cut out the inbetween where you left the lighthouse and got to where you are at 1:35. Probably cut it for time, but unfortunately it leaves it confusing and unfinished. I've watched some of your videos trying to learn the game and you're usually really good at explaining things.
