went to homedepot yesterday and a leady was returning about 8-10 plants in pots they were all crips dried. I am guessing she didnt know plants cant get water themselves

My Home Depot doesn't mark down plants they have a contract with suppliers to buy back all their plants..don't know about Lowes

A better policy would be for those in the HD garden club to buy those damaged plants at 50 or 75% off.

That’s funny. I’ve always found clearance racks at my Home Depot and Lowe’s here in San Diego. I have bought many many plants super cheap and brought them back to life. I haven’t seen them this year yet.
