Step 1: search up the game all sanctuary Step 2: tap on the game Step 3: go to the alo shop to get the plain ones Step 4 go to the next building Step 5: tap/click on begin meditation Step 6: click navigating stress to get the blue mat Step 7: click begin when ready Step 8: complete meditation to get the item +/ wait till the bar on your screen fills up \+ //once your done you should get the badge and something from your screen should appear that you got the item\\ +you will also get a shirt!!!+ Step 9: click on developing self compassion (getting pink mat) Step 10: then click begin the session Step 11: finish the meditation session to get the item (Once your done, you should get the same badge but a pink mat instead) These are the steps to do so like the ones from the video. Tyyy- but i found a quicker way Just do all the steps you did but when getting the tie dye ones press the meditation thing and then there should be an X in the corner and press that and you should get it anyway

Here is some tip to get the aqua and the pink yoga mat You don't have to wait for the bar to reach full you can just click the x icon and boom there you go this is just the faster way to get it.

U don't need to complete the meditation session, just click begin then when it starts exit and u can get the mats for free and u can get them with wasting barely any time at all! And also, click the third one for a free white cap!
