2:57 - the reason you couldn't turn your character was because while you camera is stuck, it still has the 1st person - 3rd person properties, so she accidentally zoomed into 1st person while her camera was stuck, meaning her character was in first person - if that makes sense. I did this, and you can still move your character from what i did as long as you are not in 1st person!
