Pls I need help. A friend of mine is in desperate need of a scholarship. He has no one (parents) and no hope for schooling without a scholarship. Are there fully funded scholarships that include flight fare because be can't afford that as he already bares his rent and feeding

You can apply for bsc or Post grad certificate programs. Some PGD programs also offer placements to HND holders. Kindly check the universities website for requirements.
