Hi dear! Inkey list doesn’t have 30% in ascorbic acid to the best of my knowledge but the ordinary is. Nevertheless 30% is no recommended. I suggest start with chemist at play 10% or boots 15%

Guerlain is water oil based used before Vit C as vit C needs to penetrate better and the oil can block it.

Hey Tanya! Non comodogenic is not an fda approved term. It’s a marketing term/ tactic, no brand / product can guarantee a product to not clog pores. However what you are experiencing is comodones due to a retinol reaction. Perhaps your skin is not able to tolerate the cerave retibol. I would suggest take a break and restart slowly using the sandwich method. See video retinol 101
