That is one way of easily doing these challenges and what a lot of people seem to do. My PP limited videos clearly get many more views with people struggling with those. Fwiw I now try to complete these for my videos with cars closer to or within the PP limit but some are then nigh on impossible for an average racer like me.

For me I used a fully upgraded Volvo 240 and it was extremely fun to throw into the corners with racing soft tires. The thing that surprised me the most was that it was super planted despite having barely any downforce
