How to get GOLD/ORION Launchers in 1 Day MW2 Guide (RPG, JOKR, PILA, and STELLA)

Whenever you are leveling the rocket launchers I recommend using the throwing knife instead of a drill charge because it makes your melee a one shot but still counts towards XP for the weapon. However, you do want to switch it once you need kills for the challenges because it won't count for those.

I knocked out platinum launchers and melee weapons before I got any other golds or even leveled up all the other guns. My thought was if I could get through those two categories, the rest of it would come pretty easily. Also, Border Crossing is the MVP map for Jokr kills. Just target the center of the map when you spawn.

@@SuperHornetX climb on top of a car or RV or try to get an angle. My most reliable target at the center was the orange traffic barriers next to the buses. People like to hang out around those.

My tip is to equip the throwing knife, this way you one shot everyone with the punch as you stab them with the knife, this way you don't have to punch everyone twice.

In past games doing this didn't count as a kill with the weapon in hand as it was technically a kill with the knife. Is it different in this game or just with the launchers?

Quick tip to everyone. Best map to get double with jokr is shoothouse, hardpoint. Best spots: The center one, The one in the vehicles, The one on the upper right corner (cointainers sometimes, The low left corner needs u to climb the northern container and aim to the elevator, so they are kinda meh) are double kills machines. I wiped a team (also thanks to the lobby) just spamming it. It requires skills, be very aware of the minimap and mostly luck. Have Fun (joking). Got it in a afternoon. For the center spot i reccomend to shoot from North spawn, for the vehicles from noth/South, for upper right corner from the explosive auto of South. Another, but less working strat, is shooting from the cointainers zone/upper house in dominion on b flag. But u need to immagine where enemies could pass. Hope u find it useful. Gl

For me, the best way I was able to get the JOKR gold was doing it in invasion because there is one map that really helped me out a lot to get gold and my brother told me about it. Basically, you want to play the invasion map Sa´id the picture should have like white rings on it. If your spawn is next to the white rings near that area is a building with a ladder and an ammo crate next to and to the right of that building ( really close to the building) is another ammo crate. Go on top of that building and aim straight down the middle to their side or you can aim where ever you want if you see people. This method helped me out a lot in leveling it up and getting my 40 kills and even my double kills because there were times that I was getting my 40 kills and got a quad kill. You need patience to do this because it takes time and I recommend watching something while playing it.

@minute Maid play hardpoint and play only good maps like al bagra fortress or farm 18, raceway and taraq. embasy might be good too. Then just spam it on hardpoint if its an open area or play it liek a knife and sneak up on ppl. It might also be easy for me because i enjoy knifing and am pretty good at it. Also might have something to do with me doing the shotguns prior to that which needed to basically be up their foreheads to kill consistently. You just need to stop run and gun and play for sneaky angles and if you shoot the jokr never shoot it from somewhere the enemy would be looking at because it takes so long to lock on. I just did the otherones today with my friend and he was strugling too at first but after these strats he got 2 of them done. A great plus side is that you reverse boost yourself so hard that you can get whatever category you do next all gold in a few games. You can also camp on passways if you want to it works like a charm. Al bagra is the best for this since it has like 5+ spots like this where people will pass through running without checking corners. Hope this helps. Just think it as a giant knife. Also, take double time and maybe dead silence instead of muni box. Overclocked is also very good

Just do shipment 24/7 for leveling the rockets. You can get 30-50 kills in a single round. Especially for double kills

The way I leveled up my rocket launchers was running around in kill confirmed collecting dogtags, around 30 tags again while still killing including collecting your tag when you die if you're lucky cuz u get 250xp sometimes 300xp

you can btw equip the throwing knive and it will one hit meele with knive instad of punch, and it still counts as kill with laucher :) (at least for xp, not for kills)

ikr x_x the rocket curves, you cant see trail of it whilst in the air so you dont know how youre supposed to shoot UAVs, cant destroy Jeeps people just get out of it. I always did better destroying UAVs using RPG because I could see the trail, with strela i dont for some reason..

I didn’t know the jokr can be used against UAVs 😂 now it seems possible. Whilst shipment is on I’d recommend doing the double kills for the launchers on that. I flew threw all challenges apart from the 15 equipment one for jokr 😂

Best method for leveling rockets is to go into kill confirmed.. use a non gold weapon to do it's challenges..after the kill switch weapons and retrieve the dog tag for the weapon xp on the launcher. Took me 1.5 hrs to get Jokr to 11

For the pila melees work and so do you UAVS. Do the same with the JOKR. But with the rpg and the strela the rockets are more forgiving with and I played kill confirmed. Best maps are farm 18, raceway, fortress, and the las Almas map. Took me around an hour and thirty minutes to max out each one.

AMMO BOXES DO COUNT FOR PLATINUM! not every single time but I grinded plat cammos and it was buggy but for every 2-4 boxes destroyed my counter went up by 1. I ran around invasion for 3 games destroying boxes with rpg never did vehicles or killstreaks only hunted ammo boxes. Destroyed like 25 boxes for it to count but it is possible
