I tried this and what i can conclude is that if you do it correctly exactly the way he did it, you will ateast get a featured character almost guaranteed. I think its guaranteed featured character, idk. But after doing it again and again you'll get the Ultra eventually, unless your luck is that low. Also id recommended saving up cc so that you can do all the summons at once. I think it increases your chances.

I'm ngl this shi actually worked... I tried the old method with this one all together n literally pulled him on the X2 UL rates just from watching this video only one time. Like no joke . I've done about 2-3 rotations on that banner before I found this video a few days after that rotation n the moment I found this video I didn't fully trust the method so I used old method combined with new method on the X2 UL rates n literally pulled him like bruh. Old method : Pull on a ticket banner Full Multi x10 characters then go to the banner u want n pull n it should increase your chances of getting the featured character Old method 2: The more u summon on the banner the higher ur chances become of pulling the character ( I found this to be pretty much false tbh) So use this guys method but use the first old method then use his method after doing the old method first. It worked for me is all I can say tbh
