this is so right and the example in the video is my personal experience, i practiced writing for my urdu exams due to lengthy paper and short time. I started from 1 page in 10 minutes and went to 4-5 minutes per page which was a huge improvement and I finished my exam before the end time while other students were struggling. This same technique was suggested by my teacher. My advise to all FSC HSC students to practice this trick.
