If you're on windows 11 then type %appdata% in windows explorer to find the file. Then click on appdata at the top as it sends you into your roaming folder instead of locallow. Don't edit content warning while it's open. Try not to overload the file how much coins can you really need?

Might not work because of the way youtube enters it here just put this in unlocked hats 18,14,16,28,9,5,8,1,2,3,4,6,7,10,11,12,13,15,17,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,29,30,0 one of them I THINK is not coming out as it's just a reskin of the ghost one I assume they used in development and they only seem to be coming out in fives so...

Honestly ty so much for reminding me about this after you type %appdata% you want to click on appdata at the top as it automatically sends you into your roaming files instead of locallow.

Go to the top left and where it says file, click it and then click save, you probably figured this out by now sorry I didn't see it sooner saw the original message but youtube didn't notify me about the change.

Walk me through what you're doing cause I had a friend do it just yesterday and I don't think there was a new patch. Possible problems: You edited the files with content warning open. You might have gone way too high and over loaded it.
