Increase your chances of getting into an Ivy League school. The acceptance rate at Ivy League schools is extremely low, but you can improve your odds of getting into Ivy League schools by using these tips. I analyzed the data from some of the top 10 universities in the United States to figure out how you can maximize your chances of getting in. To get into Ivy league schools and other T10 universities, you have to use data!
Match your profile to the school's Common Data Set for best results. Make sure you take the SAT or ACT, or even both! And if you can apply Early Decision, your chances go WAY up. This data is all from the 2021-2022 Common Data Set files published by each university, except Columbia which doesn't publish a CDS. They do share admission data so we could at least calculate acceptance rate.
I looked at Brown, Dartmouth, Cornell, Columbia, Harvard, Yale, Princeton, CalTech, UPenn, and Stanford in this video. If you want me to analyze other universities' data, leave a comment and let me know!
