download the form that is in pdf format. then open it in Microsoft word, or google docs, to fill it out. After that, convert it to pdf again and print it out to submit to the embassy

I have another question...actually in the form there are several boxes. Like a column of Extracurricular activities. Can I extend the box ,actually the space is so congested....or I have to fill up in the given box .. is there any fixed font size?

yes you can extend the box, check the application requirements if a font size is mentioned. If not, then I used Arial 9 for the box. And Arial 11 for everything else. I made rows for each of my extracurriculars, and mentioned 5 of them. And for the role I described my role in 1-2 line

I got it from my department professor. If you have the chance from dept. head you can do it, or else a professor would be fine too

Apu did you write exactly 250 words?it's really so tough. How did you do so perfectly like fitting ur academic landmarks and so on in the SOP

Yeah apu you have to do it withing 250 words. Try not to write meaningless or emotional things. Your words should be direct and straight to the point. Your actions and achievements would speak for themselves you don't have to explain the history and meaning behind your actions. Suppose I wrote "My hard work and determination paid off when I achieved a cg4.00 out of 4,00 in my first year among 120 students" instead of " I worked hard towards my goal, studying despite all obstacles, determined to overcome all adversities. That's why I achieved cg4.00 in my first year to the surprise of the students and teachers etc". See the difference between the 2 sentences, the first one is very direct while the 2nd one is not. Aim for the first type, to show your achievements through numbers and statistics, not through emotions

@@aleenaabbas2991 you have to have 1 semester left AFTER you come back in your country in July 2025. For you, you’ll already be a graduate at that time so unfortunately you can't apply

if your university results for a semester/year have been published then yes. I applied without a transcript certificate cause my university didn't issue that at that time
