If you are coming to Vilnius University Kaunas faculty then ISIC is good. For everyone one ISIC is best.

Im applying from VFS Delhi (india) ...its possible to get the TRP card before september 25th?

Within 60 days, it’s totally on luck how fast you will get your trp card. Make sure to fill migris application properly to avoid any further delays.
