Thank you for showing how to do this- my goal is the same so this really helped me! IMO I think it might be a good idea to wet the garment first so the color is more homogeneous.

I've done this a few times now and it works and the color stays. However, my issue is that the color isn't totally homogenous. I can see wrinkle marks. Not sure how to fix this besides being very careful to lay it flat in the dye vs mixing it all up.

I am going to try this on a couple of very white blouses which I have that don’t suit my skin tone. I have seen on other videos to wet your fabric first so that you get an even uptake of colour, so I just wonder if that would help in terms of patchiness?
