Here is advice guys. Permanent jobs are very difficult come. They are givin to internal candidates of lower bands or just pure nepotism. Its is easier to get via agency it is quicker and better pay 👌

Either of the two can work academic or general. However, I encourage u to do the academic IELTS as it can be used in all other visa routes.

For what role did you give an interview? Even I did give interview for HCA band 3 role and got the feedback that it was exceptional and then after 2 days again they sent an email and asked me to give situational judgement Test which I gave it but so far haven’t heard anything from them.
