*open the patch and click 'patch'

i am a windows 10 user and it worked for me!First I patched and it said patch done but when i checked nothing changed but then i scrolled through the comments and found a comment which said to just run kbreplacer with admin for it to work and it actually did!So to the ones who experienced the error that i faced before just try running Kbreplacer with admin Edit:The one who suggested running it in admin is Genocidebaby

to the poor dudes who cant make it work, after extracting the file to RE4 directory, Run the KBReplacer.exe as Admin( right click Run as Administrator)
