I have a question, on the new property (let to buy) what type of % deposit is required? Is it less than 25%on regular buy to let?

Thanks for the message. It is exactly the same process as it is a buy to let. It could be possible to obtain a buy to let mortgage with as little as 15% deposit with a few lenders.
