How To Get Level 1000 Enchantments in Minecraft 1.21!

For some reasons, even tho i entered the enchantment levels but it won't work. It only gave me a normal one. Does anyone know the problem? my command was "/give @p diamond_sword 1 [enchantments={levels:{'sharpness':255,'fire_aspect':255},show_in_tooltip:true}]"

Alright, i found out how to fix this, i was using pluggins like essentialX and stuff for my server and those pluggins dont accept command like /give , to fix this u just simply replace "/give" with "/minecraft:give"

the command he uses bypasses the limit, it is NOT the /enchant command it's the /give command but it has extra specifications on it as to the enchantment and its level

I knew that they fd up things like this in the new update. before you could add the same enchantment like 50 times, and make fireworks with 100 firework stars. not anymore. funny. and even before, in 1.8, you could get level 30.000 enchantments. they keep removing stuff.

@@manfredganmor they have a character limit now if you add the username instead of the @a then the enchantment limit is 8 and for some reason armour enchantments dont work like feather falling 255 protection 255 unbreaking 255 etc and some enchantments barely work like thorns which only works at its normal level

If it’s not working I’m sorry I don’t know how else to help, I know you said you you tried the exact command but perhaps you accidentally typed a semicolon instead of a normal colon? Or missed one of the brackets? Try sending a copy of the exact command you were trying to execute here and I can try to see what’s wrong with it
