@@ThePsychicCEO❤ it’s so Biblically based and spiritual yet natural I was in the church religious state of going to church and learning scriptures but as soon as I became conscious all of that Word started making sense That which is natural is first But the spiritual being doesn’t die There is nothing new under the sun (NNUTS) I tell people it’s NNUTS out here. The same mindset that the ancient world lived in we do too. The Universe, God, the Spirit of world will always have an energy in the form of spoken and visual and internal communication. I just think about music and people’s ability to actually speak life into someone or wisdom or give an encouragement of energy in a song. When I left the church, it was too much hurt. I actually do have church trauma but one day I woke up and realized that my husband of 20 years actually started being jealous of me and hated me (literally) I could not stay. Our energy shifted. He wanted to fight and fuss everyday and I was putting away that old energy and identity and he wasn’t. Whew I guess it was a karmic love because I learned to LOVE myself. I’m in between and it’s feeling so good. Let this kind be in you that was also in Christ Jesus I quote scripture but I’ll also give some good hood attitude and drop unnecessary energy at a heartbeat I just love my life and live to walk, learn and grow. You’re going to still Get those thoughts and doubts. The thing you have to do is treat them like a bully and ignore them. They only get power from you paying attention to them. I literally say “FUCK YOU, SHUTUP, SIT DOWN” to my negative thoughts. Mentally, not out loud lol. And I then breathe. Just BREATHE. And silence your mind. Calm yourself. Then focus on the goal. That which you want. At least that’s what I do. Hope this helps. The more You starve the negative thoughts, the weaker they become.

Affirmations worked for me i did it as i were doing workout in my mind i was repeating it again and again and before that i did it for hours with meditation also i did shadow work removing limiting beliefs so it does help me for example i was repeating affirmation like i face challenges with confidence and with smile facimg challenges make me closer to my dream when i face challenge about to give up i remember it and that affirmation helped to complete that workout and also i was saying i am beautiful with that i started finding ingredients remedies product which work for my face and actually my skin seems flawless definitely good thoughts actually help you while you are taking action with ut and also when i do workout for example as i complete 10 reps ok which is easy i am saying to myself amazing i did amazing job and when i finish workout in process i actually enjoy it Self concept actually help before i was trying to be something as i started thinking i am pretty i am still working towards my goal of beauty but instead of standard i am looking what fits what are my color what is my style even if those colors are not popular standard trendy i am working to improve my face shape to create my own unique standard
