i've been looking for some tips on how to grow my hair longer! I have done some research on biotin as well and have wanted to try it for a while now but haven't brought myself to do it! Where did you find some pros and cons to biotin for hair and side effects?

no cons for me only pros!

Lauren McKinnon I went out and bought the 5000mcg biotin to give it a try and also started protein packed hair masks and bought a new brush similar to yours! Here’s to hoping I soon have a longer ponytail coming out of my helmet when I ride!

I do disagree with the trim part. For instance sikhs never cut their hair. Their hair is extremely long and mostly healthy. As long as you don't damage the hair, you never need to cut it. The only time you need to cut hair is when it is split. that is the only time.
