1. school la kudunga bro. 2.neenga iruka address la tha pakanum. 3.na just ldr apply panra process matum tha bro video soliruken. follow below steps. Apply LDR in Online. Take that and goto VAO(Village Administrative Officer) officer he will provide you a letter with his sign that your certificate is lost . After VAO, you need to goto Revenue inspector and get an letter . He will ask how did you lose the certificate , just explain him. Now you have to goto Tahisldar office to submit all these documents , please ensure that you take a Xerox copy of everything before you submit . Once you submit the copy in Tahisldar office , they will give you a token number with date .Collect the letter from Tahsildhar office (they won't give it to you easily ,all the documents which I submitted were lost and I got it once again which took me another 1 month of time so please take a Xerox of the letter from VAO and revenue inspector). Once tahisldar is done you have to download the application form(based on 10th or 12th) from this website : www.dge.tn.gov.in/ Download the application form and you will have a Challan at the end of the form . Goto SBI Treasury Office, fill the Challan and pay the amount Rs.505 . Once it is done you will have the Copy of amount paid under your name. Final Stage: FIR copy (LDR report) , Letter from Tahsildar ,Fill in the application form and Take your Challan as well . Take some xerox copies of all these , minimum 5 copies each. Goto your school and they will do the rest.

Apply LDR in Online. Take that and goto VAO(Village Administrative Officer) officer he will provide you a letter with his sign that your certificate is lost . After VAO, you need to goto Revenue inspector and get an letter . He will ask how did you lose the certificate , just explain him. Now you have to goto Tahisldar office to submit all these documents , please ensure that you take a Xerox copy of everything before you submit . Once you submit the copy in Tahisldar office , they will give you a token number with date .Collect the letter from Tahsildhar office. Once tahisldar is done you have to download the application form(based on 10th or 12th) from this website : www.dge.tn.gov.in/ Download the application form and you will have a Challan at the end of the form . Goto SBI Treasury Office, fill the Challan and pay the amount Rs.505 . Once it is done you will have the Copy of amount paid under your name. Final Stage: FIR copy (LDR report) , Letter from Tahsildar ,Fill in the application form and Take your Challan as well . Take some xerox copies of all these , minimum 5 copies each. Goto your school and they will do the rest.
