Ok but can we talk about the fact that Austin LOOKED AT EVERY SINGLE BOKOBLIN IN THE GAME THAT CARRIES A BACKPACK?! AND made a SPREADSHEET! That in itself is dedication and hard work! My preference is lynel hoofs attached to arrows. Using a 5 shot bow it should only take 1 shot, using a 3 shot bow takes 2. Doing the coliseum/random lynels you should have plenty stored up.

​@@theonedelta1239I use lynel hoofs or alternatively if things are dire weirdly cooking pots are also good at rinsing armour. They require about three shots on a 3 shot bow but helps if you are running low on hoofs or need the hoofs for something else but I dont think you need the hoofs for fairy upgrades

I’m early in the game and wanted some bomb flowers. So I got my sensor+ and had it detect bomb flowers in the Depths. I got about 40-50 before I called it quits. But once I get majoras mask (not exactly sure how to get it yet, I’ll look it up later), I’ll try to farm it this way!

@@shadowoflugia it’s at the floating coliseum in the depths. It’s under the coliseum on the surface and you have to beat 5 back to back lynels of increasing difficulty to get it. It’s really easy to beat if you have a 1 durability royal guards claymore with something strong fused to it since being on a Lynel’s back doesn’t use durability but you get quadruple base damage.

I do love these videos. I'm not always looking for the most efficient ways of doing things in video games if I don't find it as fun. But it's good to know how the game works, especially if a game is so big, it'll take me years to pick up on patterns myself. That's why Austin John is a professional. chu chu's have a slightly better explosion radius so i def recommend them over the fruit. If you go to mount Lanayru tower and glide west (dont shoot up tower) you will se a line of Bokoblin's with a boss one in front. one in the line has red chuchu and if you go to noudia shrine, pop through the roof and go north you will find a red boko with white chuchu's (-2262, 238,0312) if somone can let me know where a blue one is that would be awesome.

Schema stones are at the large underground mines with Forges (like the ones you got on the Kohga Quest) and the shrine of ressurection. Yiga Schematics are at yiga camps

Very neat little trick I found a Fire basket one around mabe village ruins and it seemed like a place with ideal conditions for setting up and it worked like a charm! I definitely need to attempt the tricky bomb one though I can never have too many bombs tbh

Fantastic tutorial! I’d love to see you come up with an optimized egg farm. Caging some cuccos and firing a laser at them isn’t hard, but so far I haven’t seen a good way to collect eggs (or cook them automatically) without lots of manual intervention.

austin, can i just say that i like how you are aware of the volume levels in the youtube videos. i'm in the 50% of my volume scale and your voice is still clear. the best part? when an ad shows, i don't have to readjust my loudspeaker volume. some youtubers, have their video volume set up way high when rendering their videos. i feel like they don't double check their final volume on a loudspeaker and may have been editing thru their headphones. i feel like there should be a standard volume in youtube so that when an ad shows, it's not like a jumpscare sound lmao

This is amazing ❤❤❤ Took me a few to figure out the order correctly. One thing to remember is that sometimes the Bogoblins don’t recognise the mask. So try removing and saving, then putting the mask back on again. I loved the double fire fruit and bombs one the most. 😊

Honestly, it's way beyond what I would expect for the subject matter. I work in UX and Analytics (CRO) to be exact and I don't even see this type of detail and polish from professionals presenting to CEOs. If the dude ever gets bored of doing YT content for video games (I doubt it since that's the dream haha) I could show his videos to some high level executives and they would make him an offer right away (again no reason he should be interested since I bet he makes way more than anything I could get him and he gets to be his own boss). I really wonder if he has professional experience from somewhere else before yt that helped him hone his skills or if this is just something he developed on his own on the platform.

Loved this video! I tried the method myself and it's great. I found an easier way to grab the fruit out of the Bokoblin's hand, you can stand infront of it and grab the fruit without risk of emptying the basket since you can't grab basket fruit unless you're behind the Bokoblin. I struggled with lining myself up properly using the method in the video so I wanted to share this with others incase someone has a similar issue. Edit: After more testing, I've found out that this method wasn't consistent when I tested the other fruits so if you decide to use this method then be sure to position yourself carefully.

For blood moon I’ve heard you can go down to the depths, wait until it’s midnight and go back. It’ll prevent the blood moon for a single day. It also works with shrines too.

yep, the good ol "Shrine stall" trick from BotW is back, but i think the Depths can still have 'panic BloodMoons', so as long as youre not doing anything too laggy (like Multi-Shot Arrows with Opals or something) it should be fine...

Yeah from what I've seen in my own gameplay the depths don't get the blood moons for whatever reason, i spent hours down there just chaining up getting light roots in line of sight and was real confused why i hadn't had a blood moon in a long while 😅

@@raiknightshade3442 i mean it makes sense to me-- places that have No Visible Moon (as in, Inside a Shrine, or below in the Depths) shouldnt have Blood Moons, because then itd just be "Blood Air" or something... ...but ive still seen people "force" one, in the Depths, by basically making way too much lag...it mightve been something that happened more often in 1.0 or 1.1, with 1.1.1 not giving me any signs of Panic (and 1.1.2 should Definitely have a better time NOT-BloodMooning)

Blood moon only doesn't respawn enemies in your vicinity when you are actively in combat with a member of that group of mobs. Since you yourself are not in combat, they will respawn.

Shoot in sky from towers and float till you have one. Then use the second duplication trick after the update he has a video on it.

thanks for this very helpful glitch, especially with the bombs as navigating through the caves to find those stupid bubbul frogs to doing frox hunting and obtaining the frog medal... I don't need to worry much about the fire, ice or electric frute much thanks to "that cave" and maxing out the armor upgrade, plus trying to duplicate bombs only lead to disaster...the other good news is that I maxed out my battery so I can farm for a very long time and I also have plenty of zoni chargers thanks to the cave as well
