Search on google scholar for the scale you are interested in. For example, you can search for "Brand Image scale".

@@educationalinsightskarachi4969 thanks another thing kindly reply lets say my variable is organization employee relations and i found a paper where there are multiple measurements items within this variable like satisfaction, commitment etc. I need only general 6 to 8 items scale. What should i do?
