Personally us leaderboard players use platinum material and grind super blast, It gets all possible parts/money. If you set your spawn point on row 4, Its pretty easy to grind it, RPG is also a really good grinding method if you dont care about spending a bit of money.

I find that the train collision is the best because it instantly destroys your car and you get the full value out of it.

The fasted money Rackers are the lava and acid pit but you need small vehicles for acid pit because of the pipes

The best way to get money is to go to the tilted speed crash test, and when you get near the bottom, drift so the side of your car hits the wall. Most of the time, your entire car will be destroyed
