Ohh, you're missing one of the equipments!, i forgot what they are called but it's like foods in you're cafe! I'm not really good at explaining

Whenever they say " I need ___" means they want the equipments! To make the food or something else. So, in the screen, left side there will be like hello kitty face option smthing, then above it's like a bag, just click that and there will be EQUIPMENTS option, so click that and see what equipments they want, match it and done!✨️mine also happen like that tho.
