Hold the take back until the very last moment! What you described Tsitsipas was doing. Made a huge difference in my one handed backhand.

I wouldn't describe it as holding the take back until the last second. But if that's a coaching cue that helps you with the timing, that's what matters.
One tip I got from a coach (I don't use it because it's not my favorite way to swing) is to create a tension between the off-hand and the racquet hand on the racquet drop after the takeback, so that the racquet hand wants to pull away but the off-hand is preventing it. When it's time to meet the ball, release the off-hand grip and the racquet goes off like a slingshot.

Another point is weight transfer from the back leg to the front to get the hip firing.

Depending on the type of ball you are dealing with yes.

The hip will fire when most of the weight has transferred from the back leg to the front, timing is crucial so ‘watch the ball’

Watch the ball "and" predict the flight of it 😀

I get more power on my 1HB than I do with my forehand. So what's wrong with my forehand? Not swinging early enough? BH and FH have different swing timings.

Now that I'm playing left handed, I can also get more power on my one hander than my forehand. When I was right handed I had way more power of my forehand. Timing is a huge factor. And a lot of it has to do with how effectively your can throw the back hip forewards.
