Luck buffs don't affect Nuke rates. It's the same as any Pearl, or any crafting material. It's a solid 1/50,000.

Surprisingly they do since pearls are a drop from fishing a certain type of fish which separates them from the chances of normal fishes but nukes are actually part of that fish chance so boosts do help

​@@R0R0N0RA_Z0R0 Regarding this, it *has been confirmed* that Nukes aren't affected by Luck It has the same mechanic as Treasure Maps, Crafting Materials, and Pearls; meaning luck doesn't affect it. The only difference is that it *forces* you to play the minigame to actually "catch" it.
