It does work in public servers, and yes another person can open the portal. The free limited ugc is out of stock, it lasted over 4 hours. If you get into the portal and doing get teleported is because there's a rate on how many can go, 4 or 6 people can go. Goodluck

How do you get bob or rob

For rob u need gods hand bob kill streak and reaper and get bob stuck on a tree and all get behind the tree cuz then bob is stuck and reaper and kill streak needs 3 kill streak then gods hand stops time when bobs behind the tree(so get the reaper and kill streak to 3 first) and all u have to do next is bob behind a tree all the other players front and gods hand stops time easy
