How to get NVRAM file of any MTK device

(for installing MTK drivers for mauimeta • Install MTK drivers an... )
in this video i am going to show how to get modem db file (or NVRAM Database file) of your mtk device. this file require when repairing nvram error or fixing IMEI number .
rooting your device is not necessary.
Make sure you have installed MTK adb and Fastboot drivers correctly .
Download Minimal ADB and Fastboot .
and open that folder and open terminal there by pressing shift key + right click.
connect your MTK smart-phone to Computer and type command: "adb devices" to make sure that your device is connected.
make sure that you have enabled the USB Debugging .
type command: "adb pull /etc/mddb C:/programfiles (originally adb pull "location of file on device" "location where you want to copy file")
this is how you can get mddb files.
using" adb pull " command you can copy most of things to your computer.

Following command fetches required files "adb pull /etc/mddb C:/programfiles" "adb pull " is command used to fetch files from android device. "/etc/mddb" is the location in the phone storage of android device. NVRAM files are located in that folder. "C:/programfiles" is the location where you want to store NVRAM file in your computer. if you want to copy NVRAM files somewhere else replace "C:/programfiles" with location you want. Another thing to note is that NVRAM file location in other MTK based devices are different. This location "/etc/mddb/" are present in MT6755 SOC and MT6753. From file manager of your device you can not go to "/etc/mddb" location , but if your device is rooted then you can directly get those files using root explorer from your device. Thank you very much, Im trying to change my IMEI. There was a big problem with this model with updates so i flashed a newer ROM. Now the IMEI is incorrect and i need the NVram file which i cant seem to locate :/

comandocoool hey I have just downloaded firmware of your device and found "MDDB_infoCustomeAppScrP_MT6755_S00_MOLY_LR11_W1539_MD_MP_V9_P5_1_ulwctg_n.EDB" use that file as NVRAM Database file. I don't have one but you can download the firmware for your device and flash your device then there were APDB and MDDB in firmware folder use to restore IMEI using SN writer which will also be there in firmware folder. And firmware zip also includes required drivers, give a try. And if sn writer does not work then use 'mauiMETA'. Sorry because I don't have the specific solutions.just give a try as said above.

you can find ap_dp in firmware folder. For that you have to download firmware.

Rk Gupta when you use any adb command there will be a pop up in your device which asks permission. Makes sure that you click on " allow"

Rk Gupta unfortunately I can't say anything exactly about your phone because I have not used k8 plus. but you can browse your phones root directory by using "adb shell" command and then use "ls" command which will list all directory from root of your device, If you found "etc" there then, use "cd etc " command to go in etc. If "etc" is read protected then you won't be able to go in that folder, but most probably it is not. If you're in etc folder (directory) then use "ls" command again it will show names of folders and files in that etc folder, If there is mddb folder you can follow above video to pull that mddb folder from your device. If not then it may possibly somewhere else or saved with another name.

I think mt6739 has different root directory folder set. but you can find mddb and apdp in firmware folder. You have to download firmware for your device.
