You probably didn't follow all the steps, does your observation haki have 5000 exp?

people mostly asked question: "why is the fruit isnt there, spawned" its because someone took it before or your private server is opened before the fruit could spawn if this happen, just wait for couple minute and the fruit will spawn back. "Why it is 5m" because its overrated power that let you see opponent skill and level they are which also give you warning about their next attack
