just re phrasing, notion is just useless, because formulas are not good in it anyways one can enjoi doing something not for real business, usually workspace means total screen that you have like projects,tasks, habits,financials,etc. buckets is more like agenda, we connect buckets to projects,projects to tasks,tasks to calendar

Question: I love your set up. I got it a while back. But I don't understand the routine button. Dropping the pages down is fine, but you can also add the pages to the task list directly. I'm wonding why you don't? Is it just prefrence, or do you find it efficient in some way I'm not seeing. Also - this is a good faith question. I'm not trying to be a sarcastic jerk

notion has no straight answer for repetitive rasks, so routine button is not routine ,and no straight route, it is just a broad all in one with nothing correct. jack of all trades, so we have to go around by using templates,

@@homahealthcarecenter I think there might be an misunderstanding here. I totally understand the reason behind having a routine button. My question pertained to why they present as a drop down - ie clicking the button and three pages drop under and then you have to move them physically to the database. The button feature allows you to add them to the database directly. So you just click a button and they are added to the database. I wanted to know if there was an method to the maddness, sort of speak, that I was missing in having them as drop down pages, vs adding them directly to the database.
