So the guy grabs me by the throat here, but we don't, no panic once again. In this situation I'm gonna put this hand on his wrist and glue his wrist to me. Okay. And now my other hand is gonna find his elbow. I keep the joints of the wrist here and I twist his elbow in that direction. I put pressure on his elbow. Nice kick with my shin to his face. And that's your defense for the throat grab.

Works only if you do it really quick otherwise you re eating punches, key is to practice reaction time a lot 😉

In the jiu jitsu technique, when being in a throat hold, you use your 1st hand to place on the wrist and use the 2nd to place on the elbow and apply pressure on it and twist the arm and use your shin to in the face? Interesting how you can kick buttocks with that jiu jitsu technique when being grabbed by the throat.

A kid at my school grabbed me by the throat and squeezed really hard and thought it was funny. It ended up hurting bad. I'm still mad about it. I want to absolutely beat him but I feel to scared. I've never been in a fight but have done Brazilian jui jitsu for 5 years. But I was never able to throw a punch. Never was taught.

You should kick the inside leg or groin of the attacker as a distraction loosening there grip then step in, turn in more keeping the attackers hand up by your shoulder. You will be keeping the attackers arm over his head with your full body weight over the top of it so the attacker cannot stand up at all.
