Outburst seems like Outrage plus Draco Meteor It has the beginning part of the name (Outburst and Outrage) and it gets lower power similar to Draco Meteor (Draco Meteor lowers stats, Outburst gets lower depending on energy)

UNPOPULAR OPINION I feel like this loomian was hyped up way too much. Finding this loomian is way too hard and it all relies on luck. First, to get the Coppling you need a magnet that you can get from Scorbs. Sounds easy on paper till you realize it's only a 3% chance to find a Scorb holding one. Literally when I was helping my brother get magnets I found two Varis. When you do have magnets you go to the Galvanite Cave to find it. When you do use the magnets to find one you can easily evolve it into Copperage at lvl 29. To evolve Copperage to Oxidrake, you need to use a Copper Nugget. To get one, you have to use a magnet in Galvanite Cave just like you do with Coppling. However, if use a magnet in the cave you have an 85% chance to get Coppling and a 15% to get the nugget. Obviously, getting the loomian is not fun. Having to get two items that are rare to get a loomian is not fun. You are more likely to lad a 1HKO move in Pokemon than find those items separately. I would rather get Wintrix and/or Harvesect. Remember, this is just my opinion so if you disagree or agree that's fine. As I said, this all relies on luck, but, it's just not my cup of tea

my fist copling had oxidize and its nature was robust sluggish and my second copling had a 5 gold star melee attack so i rallied them together and got a very op copling

You have to get 3% chance item then you have to get copling or fail at first try and if you want to have multiple oxidrakes you have to get magnet again and then there is only 15%chance to get this item does anyone see problem with amount of grinding
