How to get personal hotspot for free on any android without root

I cannot believe it's been over 2 years since my last upload. About a week ago I finally found the urge to upload a video and I thought this would be a great video to make. Hopefully you guys enjoyed this video and I really hope this worked for you. I hope I can start uploading again, however I'm not gonna force myself to an upload schedule. I have decided to upload when I feel like making a tutorial, and not because I have to.

If I'm right, The next time that you're really messing with something, really trying to figure it out and then you FINALLY find a way to do it and it makes you feel so proud and accomplished, post a tutorial on how you did that. I don't think a topic is necessary at this point, just do something that you like, something that you feel like not many people know of perhaps, something that was challenging for you to figure out. Also, don't do things specifically "for the views" like everyone else does, just post videos that you enjoy making, if they're good and consistent, the views and followers will come themselves (like myself, I've subscribed) , care about the community, read their comments like you did with mine, they may be able to inspire your next idea.

You can do this without wifi if you download the PC file to your phone and then transfer it to your PC via USB ;)

I'm one to never comment, but I have to say that you're absolutely amazing!! Where I live, I can only get an average of 10mbps with Windstream. We have very ass internet! There's three PlayStation 4s in the house in addition. It's so hard for everyone in the house to play a game together because we will lag out at the same time. It's so very annoying!! Did you watch the video? Once you activate the usb connection you download nowifi, setup a name and password for a wifi hotspot, turn it on, then connect it to your ps4/xbox/phone, etc.

Only works for PC and tablet devices such as Androids and idevices. Does not work for gaming consoles as you cannot change ports on console, at least not to the ports necessary for this method to work. If you have a FoxFi compatible device you can install that along with this to get consoles to connect, but not all devices are compatible. I know for sure mine isnt, but others have had success. FoxFi was bought by pdanet which is why they are now linked.

Yo @EverythingTechTime I had PDANet+ full version unlocked and what I did was run my phone to my laptop with USB tethering and I had a Ethernet cable connected to my laptop running to my PS4 and I would set up the Ethernet internet settings where PDANet was connected to the Ethernet section. Anyways randomly it would stop. Is this because I had my charging settings on charge only or the Ethernet part?
