Hi, I don't recommend direct funds like this as past performance of a mutual fund is not a guarantee of future returns. However, I myself fund AKD performing very well even in bad days - but this can change, so you need to take your own decisions. If you are talking about mutual funds, you can open the account through any bank as the bank is only used for transferring funds to mutual fund.

Wali Khan are you taking about personal loan ? If it's personal loan the interest must be very high. But if it's home loan mortgage ,banks won't give you cash to buy home . Please explain Thanks

UAE interest rates are very low compared to Pakistan. You get personal loans @ 3-4% or even less... For property mortgage its even less than that as its reducing rate. So its normal for people taking loan from UAE and buy property in Pakistan. The only issue is with short term PKR depreciation which can hit you.

Congratulations on starting a new chapter of life while working in Dubai. You might need 2-3 months before becoming eligible for personal loan (depending on the company you are working for) I won't suggest to play on the spread of this small amount, however, you if you have not got your first home, you can use the amount for equity to buy the house in Pakistan from the loan.

2 Milliion with returns of 30k PKR per month translates to 18%, which is really not possible which investing passively. For this you need to invest in stocks / mutual funds over a long period of time and be paitient.
