At the destination outpost, you dont need to put the items in your inventory, you can just go and deliver them straight from your stash. This does only work if you are at an outpost. If you need to give the items to a traveling merchant on his boat, you need to pit it in your ship cargo Also NOT doing the supply network missions, especially the attack ones, is very bad. The rogue hunt missions also give you the rarest materials that your can ONLY get through these mission and you need them for the highest tier of weapons. And its faster do get a ton of poppy and sugar cane with these missions, you can basically releporr around and get thousands of these resources in a couple of minutes while killing the rogues chasing you give you about 15 of one of 4 random resources which can also be neither poppy or sugar cane and the orher 2 resources are pretty useless right now. Also, dont travel to the helm for managing your trade empire... Use the map from anywhere and then switch to the tab next to the regular map, it will now show the trade empire map where you can fund and upgrade your factories

Yup and the other reason why you should store your deliveries in your warehouse is that if for any reason you get sunk you'll probably start from a distance port if your not near one which is annoying AF the only time you have to have deliveries in your ship cargo is when your delivering to a another ship at sea. Which by the way is more profitable than delivering to port but is more risky...

I've done the delivery missions without the supplies in my ship but when I get to the destination, it changes to a new one when I dock.

honestly the blue co-op helm takeovers are much less stressful than the pvp ones as you dont have to worry about other players (in fact they help you instead up to 3 players)... and if you have a good loadout you can solo them just fine. Also, you only need to kill one ship ... grab the loot and book it to the den.

Btw for anyone watching, I HIGHLY. Recommend you upgrade your settlements and etc, between levels 1-3 the increase in output is not high but it scales exponentially, at around level 5 you are getting a monumental upgrade in capacity and production. DO UPGRADE THEM.

Ranking up takes way too long i am top 150 and I’m almost silver but it took me like 15 hours of grinding it really feels like a second job and it’s not fun at all If only the settlements u take would generate passive income and u don’t have to go get it and bring it back while every 200m some npc is coming to kill u Would be so much easier

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. This is honestly killing my enjoyment of the game - it takes so long to "do the rounds" and collect all the full manufactories' Po8 in only 1 of the 3 areas that there's little time to do anything else. If a player spreads into a second area (let alone the 3rd) then there would actually not be enough time to collect them all. After just 3 days of doing this, it really does feel like a job, and there's no time to do other fun piratey stuff, you're just collecting the Po8 and throwing your silver into the manufactories to keep them working. Worst part is, the annoying ship that spawns on you when you are carrying Po8 in your hold doesn't have any loot (just the occasional crate of ammo) and has an annoying habit of spawning near the port you want to collect from, making it impossible to collect from until you sink them. It just slows everything down.

If you're making a delivery to a floating smuggler, they have the pcs of 8 on them, you can sink them and get the pcs of 8 and still have your goods. Especially if you forgot to take the rum or opium in your inventory. The land based smugglers, your goods in in the chest on the beach wherever you go.

Can someone help? I have done the quest to unlock the opium and can now make it, however when i take it from the lab, it doesn't go into the helm inventory and i have no option in the registry to do those supply runs, i can only do the White rum ones.

It's when you own two manufactories that are linked by a trade line and you go to one and do the supply run between them. Haven't done one yet though myself

The helm cargo, you dont need to have it in your inventory at all to turn it in. It pulls from your warehouse as well.

After you complete a hostile take over you don’t need to go back to the helm to fund it, just open the helm map in the menu and it gives you all the same options

Upgrade enough and you get about 5000 pcs of 8 an hour. That's why people recommend you upgrade first before spending pcs of 8 anywhere else.

Not only that, but your heavy hitters like harufu are all on the coast of Africa, so I’d venture to say before upgrades… it’s more important to drop that 5k for COA before upgrades. You can upgrade Fort du Lys all day long and not see much ground

Let BE honest. This is a game where you suppose to be a pirate but for real you are farmer or ship driver simulator (especially late game) where you just deliver staffs. Lest start from beginning. In first 2 hours you realize the game have 1 Ship and 1 Boat ( not 10 ships as is said in game review) All 9 ships looking all the same 5 small 4 medium ships ( Medium ships are same as small just a bit scaled up). Late game you can choice from 3 ships and only 1 is meta. You cant see another than this ship from players only 1 single ship with 1 single setup (meta) if you want to be competitive it delivery simulator missions. If you are in islands game is not OPEN WORLD, you have very limited places where you can go and is looking like Dungeons, very boring dungeons. You cant slim (yes as pirate players expect to be able to slim even in specific zone), you cant walk around your ship to enjoin cosmetics or updates where you apply, you cant manage your crew( i dont know why crew is 90% women btw, which is stupid. At least there should have option to select your preferences), you cant use guns which you have in your character ( all cosmetics looks). You finish mine quests for 3-4 hours and for same period of time you can build late game empire and unlock and buy all rear ship armors and guns. Game have a bad glitches where you dont even realize that are glitches but however. After reaching this poing (5-6 hours after you buy the game) you do not have anything to do, you have everything best in the game and Ubisoft do not have idea how to keep your attention, because of that they decide to spawn you enemy ship (without loot) from nowhere just pup front of you and start attaking you. That happening every 30-60 second and if you not kill this annoying ship you cant do nothing else. So yeah, game is very bad ! Dont buy it i do this mistake with pre-order... No reason to spend 70 $ for one day game in best case.
