How to get PR in France || PERMANENT RESIDENCY in FRANCE

How to get PR in France. Yes guys, I have mentioned the conditions and what all we need for qualifying and eventually applying for Permanent Residency in France. Make sure to start improving your French as the minimum criteria is B2 level.
Conditions for getting Permanent Residency (PR) in FRANCE for Internationals:
1. Pursue Master Degree from reputed Public University or Business School, that comes under RNCP certification or CGE.
2. Get APS (job search visa). For INDIAN STUDENTS it is for two years and other INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS is for one year.
3. Find a job under CDI contract (Indefinite duration contract) which pays minimum 1.5 times the SMIC salary (1.554,58 euros brut approx.) which comes to around 2220,40 euros per month.
4. French language skills minimum DELF B2 level.

Yes, you can convert student visa to CDI or APS. But you need to complete your masters, and get your degree. As that's why you got entrance into France for student visa.

It seems like you didn't cover it enough for those who have not done their degree in France and have moved here for the job purpose. Also, it misses the point that for how many years one should have filed income tax to be eligible for PR filing. Moreover, what about those who are on CDD but have filed minimum 3 years of income tax. Many people might be in similar situation..!

It is not possible. A tourist visa cannot be changed to a student visa. You will have to return to India and come again with your student visa.

Good information Madhvee I have an interesting question, I'll be Completing my master's this year in food science and processing. So my question is I'll be applying for APS and try to find a job under CDI section. According to my research it's not easy to find a job with salary more than 1900 euros per month. And as you said to get a PR we need to have a salery approx 2300 euros. Therefore if we work in a company for two years on APS with salery of 1900 per month and do not apply for PR directly. But wait for one more year and get a 1 year job visa from the company (2 APS + 1 year job visa from company) and then in the third year we apply for PR? HOW YOU SEE THIS AND EQUALLY PAYING TAXES SIDE BY SIDE FROM YEAR 1 OF APS. KINDLY GIVE YOUR VIEWS OR IF YOU HAVE ANY EXAMPLE

A PR can be applied only on renewal of your visa. I assume you are paying income tax as well. For e.g. if you have a visa until 2027, then you will be able to apply for PR at the time of renewal.
