How to get premium support for MasterStudy LMS WordPress Plugin

This is my support ticket, i created 2 days ago, unfortunately no reply yet by support team, my ticket, i want to import udemy courses, but udemy importer plugin is not working,its showing SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate, but ssl certificate is already installed & activated, please tell me solution soon ,,

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out! The "SSL certificate problem" error can occur even if the SSL is installed. To resolve it, try verifying the SSL certificate chain using an SSL checker like SSL Labs - www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/ .

You can also update your PHP configuration by downloading the latest `cacert.pem` file and updating the `curl.cainfo` path in your `php.ini`. As a temporary workaround, you could disable SSL verification, but this is not recommended for production sites. @@StylemixThemes Php Configuration, each plugin & Theme are already updated, I provide ftp & wp admin details also, but got no reply so far from 5 to 6 days ..
