I honestly think it would be much better if there was one of these 3 things: 1) no fish spawn cap 2) daily reapawn 3) a guarantee to get a certain number of fish from a certain type at each spot instead of random

One thing you forgot to mention is that there are day fish and there are night fish. Raimei Angelfish in particular only appears at night, but even in other spots you can find more fish to catch if you switch between day and night. I also think that trying to get it all in one day is great way to get one burned out on the game or at least make substantial step towards it. Being patient and taking it by smaller steps might be better.

@@aashishbadami95 Fish respawns after 3 days. If you want to catch more fish in shorter time, you can do it in other players' worlds. Most people don't care about fishing so they won't have problems if you catch some of their fish.

As a genshin nerd Koi fish spawns around day time most and puffer and bitter puffer fish spawns from 18:00 to 6:00 the most and the inuzuma one only 2:00 And use stabilizer for make it easy after buying stabilizer when you will catch any 5 fish of same species it will boost the next try of that next fish To get success most of the time: When you throw thr bait you can see a round wave creating must make sure to throw your bait I front of the fish but the round wave should not touch the fish and if there are 2 fish throw your bait approximately the middle of the 2 fish

Tips : just don't push it too hard because you'll get frustrated, get the commissions, grind items you need till you out of resin and whenever you get into someones world, ask them first if they need help and ask nicely if you can get fish. I've never encountered being kicked while doing it. I got it without any trouble in 3 days ( 1-3 hours of playing per day )

the most needed tip: turn the voices down to zero not only paimon will boil your blood to the white heat with her voicelines, the constant moaning and groaning of mc will shatter your sanity to the pieces and, ah yeah those angels with frikkin' electro abyss mage spawn right at the tiny platform on the fishing spot, try using some pyro catalyst with shielder on your team to save your consciousness update: dont forget to swap the day to night to refresh the fish on the spot, have a nice time fishing! good luck 👍

Took me 3 hours to get r5. I thought it would take me weeks since my friends told me that they had to grind real hard for it. However, thanks to the kindness of the genshin community, I was able to fish in pretty much every world I joined. Just putting this here in case ya’ll having doubts about getting r5. I can assure it wasn’t as bad as when The Catch was just released.

I was grinding the catch about two weeks before the banner came out so I had R5 catch before I had Raiden. It was kind of weird because it was the first weapon I upgraded upon reaching AR50, so for a while my best weapon on my account wasn't even equipped to a character. (I didn't even have a polearm character above lv. 20 before Raiden.)

I like fishing for sum reason, took me 3hr 20min for r5 catch on friends acc and it took me 5hrs on my own acc. For the pufferfish, throwing the bait on their tail is easiest way since they turn around and bite. For the koi, you need to throw the bait so that its like 2.5m away.

As a guy that has already funished his riden at c2 r1 but did not had r1 until like 5 days for the people that just don't want to deal with coop and want to use their own fish i give a warning,the needed fishing for r5 can take up to a whole mounth for r5 so either get lucky and get the r1 engulfing,or just go to coop,it's 1 day of grind but the grind is nkt worth it for a 4* weapon for a mounth
