Serious question: why do I match mvps consistently in ascendant/immortal lobbies. Winning consistently and improving. But when new season hits I can barely drop 20 kills against golds/plats and I’m losing consistently to the point I can’t even enjoy the game anymore? I feel like Valorant needs to work on their ranking system because I do not belong in plat let alone diamond

at the beginning of season 8 they made it harder to reach immo. I thought there was something wrong with me, before I learned of these changes. I used to play on immo 2, now I'm hovering around asc 3

In the beginning of a season it is always harder. I peaked D2 and couldnt play in G2 in some first few weeks, full of smurf and cheater especially in stack 5. Now it seems more balanced although sometimes I see radiant level teamwork and aim in D3 lol

Oh yeah I noticed that. Soon as I press crouch I usually get killed almost instantly XD. So I basically stopped crouching tbh. If I do crouch it's only because I whiffed too hard/they're far away/im low on HP so I wanna dodge bullets.

Best tip is actually to try not to move your crosshair as much and let the movement aim

nice content but deadass i was immortal more than once and i still come across enemies that can just do whatever they want and they still win the gunfight. -the onetap me while run and gunning -insta crouch spray headshot instantly -have the worst crosshair placement but still win fights with body spraying while running gunning i just cant compete with those campers and sprayers and it frustrates me doesnt matter how i play :)

when they are far tap ur gun and copy the movement! if they stand still go 1 direction and take ur time aiming in both cases!
