You need all 3 members of npc team (Uncle Pete, Twado the dog and Detective Bradley) then when the 3rd wave attacks you need to pick up the big bad guy crowbar and that's how to unlock it

Of course, it is hard. It just happens to me when I saw the kid who already have been hit by my idiot teammate who wants to do a secret ending, I failed to get the reformed badge when I have both pizza and golden pizza and give them to the kid.
