Yip apple cider vinegar undiluted letting it soak into the infected area for at least 15 minutes. Do it daily for 2 weeks. After a few days, you will notice the skin tightening up then the top layer of skin flakes off revealing the new layer.

I ve been using a blow dryer for years along with a towel . It works keeping your groin and buttocks dry to prevent chaffing and rash. If I don’t use the blow dryer and only towel off, by the end of the day all hell is is breaking loose with chaffing and rash.. also for hygienic reasons I keep my pubic hair trimmed and cleaned. You need to get the OTC lotrimin ultra / generic Butenfine. It's the only thing I use that works at all I've been suffering with it for two years with short of a few days no itching. If I don't use it I break out in a rash but the butenfine keeps it at bay. Best of luck to you man you aren't alone.

Then my friend u may have hemorrhoids if u have itch in your anus or around u may have hemmoroids. There are two types external hemmoroids and internal hemmoroids. The external ones cause itch to your anus area. Internal causes leakage of fluid that can also cause jock itch cuz keeps area moist. A doctor can identify hemmoroids takes about 120 dollar in USA for a visit well worth it. I can help prescribe the solution if u think it hemorrhoids

Well I cant speak to women as I am not one, but if you ignore that and read my comment read all of it. I got jock its on my thigh and nuts pretty bad. I figured out how to kill it, but I cant stress enough when I say "no pain no gain." Hand sanitizer 74% you dont want any higher % than that. It will be painful Im not going to lie especially on your nuts. Consider that ladies, it was like having my nuts set on fire but I have an abnormally high pain tolerance. The first time will burn the worst then it will get less and less painful as you kill the fungus., dont stop once the symptoms are gone continue to do this several times a day for a couple weeks. The burning for me stopped after about the 4th application. Men, my advice to you is apply it to a paper towel, wipe every affected part other than your nuts first, then with the paper towel still somewhat damp wipe your nuts gently. Keep repeating this till you no longer have a burning sensation. Never its your crotch again, instead of itching it hit it with some hand sanitizer, and warn people you may be screaming at the top of your lungs for 30 seconds to a minute. to lessen the pain put a hair dryer on cool and blast your nuts while they burn. Either way, get ready for battle because you are in for a fight. I kept reapplying over a 30 minute span and the alcohol doesnt burn anymore anywhere. Let me be perfectly clear, this will be painful. The pain will last about 20 seconds tops. The pain is scary because at first nothing happens, then the pain ramps up very quickly over time but it only lasts about 20 seconds. The pain on your thigh will be tolerable, but on your nuts... You are going to think you are going to die, you wont die, but for a moment you will want to die. Just re-read my comment and start in areas off your nuts first to get an idea how the burn works. Good luck.

I think I might have Jock itch. I thought it was something horrible like HSV but when I got tested all my results came back negative. I tend to overthink and overreact a lot but lately I still have slight itching around the thighs and anal area/buttocks ( forgive me if I’m sharing to much information, i don’t intend to make anyone uncomfortable) I’ve been using over the counter jock itch cream and hemorrhoid suppositories to ease the itching and it helps but I still have itching every now and then. I’m lost and scared and idk what to do. In my head I’m telling myself I have some life threatening disease and I don’t wanna infect the love of my life because that’s the person that’s been on my mind. Someone please help me
